Loire region. Originally from Brittany, she first worked in communications and marketing before moving into viticulture and oenology, driven by a deep passion for wine. In 2008, she took over 6 hectares of vines, cultivating iconic grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Gamay, Côt and Cabernet Sauvignon.

From the beginning, Noëlla adopted a certified organic approach , banning all chemicals from the vineyard to the cellar. She favors spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts and limits the use of sulfur as much as possible, seeking to produce natural wines that faithfully reflect their terroir.
