From the free vine to the slippery juices

The vines are managed organically , the grapes are harvested by hand , and the vinification is carried out without additives or corrective techniques. Gentle macerations, little or no sulfur, light aging: everything aims to preserve the grain of the fruit. Vintages such as Octobre , Frida or Les Vilains offer fluid reds, herbaceous whites and rosés with character.

Les Foulards Rouges are militant wines, of absolute frankness - to be drunk for pleasure, but also for what they say about free wine.
