In Husseren-les-Châteaux , the highest village on the Alsace wine route, Bruno Schueller continues his father Gérard's work with an even more committed vision. On around 10 hectares , he cultivates his vines using non-certified biodynamic methods, without chemicals, favoring indigenous yeasts and winemaking without inputs. The plots include renowned localities such as Bildstoecklé , Rebgarten , Stich , Hohrain , as well as the Grands Crus Eichberg and Pfersigberg .
