Located in the heart of Bugey , Domaine Tailleurs Cueilleurs is the passionate project of Chloé Bey and Jordan D'Osualdo. Established since 2020 , these artisan winegrowers cultivate around 4 hectares of vines using organic and biodynamic farming, favoring an approach that respects biodiversity and local ecosystems.

The estate extends over three distinct plots – Varey , Poncieux and Dalivoy – where emblematic grape varieties such as Gamay , Mondeuse , Pinot Noir and Chardonnay flourish.
