Natural winemaker in the Gard region
Former sommelier trained under Thierry Allemand and Éric Pfifferling, Valentin Valles Today, he produces some of the freest and most sincere wines in the Rhône Valley. Based in Saint-Hilaire-d'Ozilhan, in the Gard region, he cultivates around ten hectares of vines using organic farming methods, without chemicals or compromises.
Wines made without additives, straightforward, and profoundly alive.
Here, Everything is vinified without additives. No added yeast, no sulfur, no filtration. Just grapes, vats, time—and a rare sensitivity. The reds (Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault…) are infused, juicy, and always vibrant. The whites and blended wines (Sauvignon, Grenache Blanc…) resonate with their freshness and purity. These are lively, honest wines that tell the story of the South in a different way: with finesse, energy, and without artifice.
THE The Valentin Valles style is a balance between sunshine and drinkability, between substance and fluidity. Each vintage has its own personality, but they all share one thing: they make you want to drink... and come back for more.
