Based in Husseren-les-Châteaux , Pierre Weber cultivates around 4 hectares of vines, including 1 hectare on the Grand Cru Eichberg . He works in organic and biodynamic agriculture , with vinification using indigenous yeasts , without inputs or filtration. The grape varieties cultivated include Chardonnay , Pinot Blanc , Pinot Gris , Gewurztraminer , Sylvaner , Riesling and Pinot Noir , with a majority of old vines planted between 1960 and 1970.
