Domaine Tripoz
Domaine Tripoz, the biodynamic Burgundy of Loché
A deep-rooted family adventure
In Loché , a small village in the Mâconnais region near Mâcon , Céline and Laurent Tripoz founded their estate in 1990. After selling their grapes to the cooperative, they chose to make their own wine , convinced by their vision of a sincere and local wine. The conversion to organic dates back to 2001, followed by Demeter biodynamic certification in 2006 .
Terroirs and grape varieties for an expressive range
The estate covers 11 hectares , planted with Chardonnay (approximately 80%), Pinot Noir , Aligoté and some Gamay . The clay-limestone terroirs from the Mâcon-Loché, Vinzelles and Serrières regions provide an ideal backdrop. The vinification is carried out biodynamically , using plant decoctions, manual harvesting , respectful macerations, and aging in stainless steel vats or barrels, always without herbicides or additives. The wines are distinguished by their finesse , minerality and complexity , while remaining accessible and delicious.
