An inspired reconversion
With technical training and a professional background, Léa decided to devote her life to growing vines, imposing her own vision on her 1.5 hectares of vines in the Jura vineyard.
Viticulture that respects living things
She runs her estate using organic farming methods, without chemical inputs, promoting rich biodiversity and preserved soil health . Each task is carried out manually , respecting natural cycles .
An artisanal approach to winemaking
In the cellar, Léa favors spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aging times adapted to each terroir, and strongly prohibits the addition of sulfites, to preserve the purity and character of the grapes.
