Installed in Ambierle , on the Madeleine Mountains in Côte Roannaise , Régis and Aude-Reine Anouil embody this generation neo-winegrowers They came to wine more out of conviction than by inheritance. After an initial life in the Paris region, they took over in 2019 a small estate of 2.6 hectares , already certified in Organic farming . Their philosophy is rooted in an approach radical agronomy : no-till farming , agroforestry (planting trees in the heart of the vineyards), and herbal medicine Made from plant extracts and liquid manures. Little copper, little sulfur, but a great deal of respect for biodiversity. Their ambition: strengthen life in the soils , so that the vine draws its energy from the heart of life.

Wines without artifice, the fruit of a complete natural cycle

In the winery, the logic continues with winemaking without additives : manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts , long aging periods of approximately twelve months .
