Based in Saint-Germain-sur-Vienne , in the Chinon wine region, Claire and Florent Béjon now cultivate a small vineyard of approximately 5 hectares (around 4.8–5.2 ha according to various sources), primarily planted with Cabernet Franc with a touch of Chenin Blanc . The estate is managed organically ( ECOCERT certified), with meticulous attention to the soil and the balance of the vines, striving for perfect ripeness without ever overpowering the Loire Valley's characteristic freshness.

In the cellar, the approach is clear: no additives , no fining , no filtration , hand-harvested grapes , and wines often made without added sulfites .
