His vines, carefully cultivated by hand and with a horse , reflect his commitment to precision viticulture . In the cellar, Camille practices minimalist winemaking , favoring the pure expression of the grape and its origin .

Its 2022 vintage caused quite a stir; now it's time to discover its third vintage, 2024 , with a more mature expression, but still just as fresh .
