His vineyards are nestled in the Ardèche hills, in the heart of a landscape as rugged as it is moving. On these schist and granite soils, Vincent cultivates his plots organically, with practices that go far beyond the label. Zero chemicals, light tilling, manual care: he seeks balance and authenticity, never forcing the wine to conform to any particular style.
