Domaine Ballorin et F. is run by Charles Ballorin, based in Morey-Saint-Denis, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. From a family of winemakers, he gradually took over the reins of the family estate and chose to focus on demanding viticulture, close to nature.

The vines, located on emblematic Burgundy terroirs, are cultivated organically, with meticulous work on the soil and particular attention paid to the natural balance of the vine.

Direct, deep, and unadorned Pinot Noirs

In the cellar, winemaking is kept to a minimum: indigenous yeasts, gentle extractions, precise aging without excessive wood influence. Charles Ballorin's wines primarily seek precision, with Pinot Noirs that combine depth, finesse, and energy, offering a very faithful interpretation of their terroirs.

These Burgundy wines are both classic in their structure and resolutely modern in their approach.
