Indiano
Indiano, the Sierra de Gredos in all its diversity
Three valleys, one vision
Indiano is a project born in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos, bringing together plots located in three distinct valleys to tell the story of the full diversity of this granitic massif. The vines, planted mainly on granite soils, are harvested separately and then vinified with indigenous yeasts in small wooden vats, concrete tanks, or amphorae depending on the cuvée. The aging, in large foudres or amphorae, primarily seeks to preserve the freshness and identity of each terroir.
High-altitude Grenaches, taut and luminous
Through its cuvées, Indiano offers an elegant interpretation of Grenache from Gredos, where finesse takes precedence over power. The wines express beautiful energy, floral notes, Mediterranean herbs, and fresh fruit, always supported by the natural tension provided by the high-altitude vineyards. A precise approach that highlights the unique character of the granitic landscapes of the Sierra de Gredos.
