Based in Irancy, Burgundy, Clément Soenen He shakes things up with bold, vibrant, and resolutely free wines. He took over the Podor estate at the end of 2024 and converted it to organic farming. He cultivates an artisanal and instinctive approach to winemaking, where each cuvée tells the story of a vintage, a grape variety, and a unique vision.
Living wines, unfiltered and full of life
The grapes are organically grown and vinified with indigenous yeasts, without added sulfur or intervention. Clément works with the emblematic grape varieties of Burgundy (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir) and sometimes with less common varieties, such as... Gamay Teinturier of his vintage Red Anger . The result: lively, digestible, straightforward wines, both modern and deeply rooted in their terroir.
Its style will appeal to lovers of genuine wines, who seek to drink wine without artifice, but with personality. Each bottle is a manifesto of freedom, emotion, and precision.
