A family dynasty in the heart of Villers-la-Faye

Anchored to Villers-la-Faye , between Beaune And Nuits-Saint-Georges , THE Domaine Bonnardot is a family estate 22 hectares cultivated for several generations . Today led by Danièle , Ludovic , Emilien And Antoine , the estate is now certified organic (since 2024) and claims a traditional winemaking approach, often without the addition of oenological products. The estate cultivates plots in Hautes-Côtes de Nuits , Côte de Beaune , Pommard , Santenay Or M aranges , affirming a geography of broad but coherent expression.

Living, diverse, and committed wines

At Domaine Bonnardot , wine becomes a direct expression of the terroir: hand-harvested grapes , winemaking Natural methods , respecting the balance of the soil and the vine. Both the reds and whites strive for transparency rather than artifice. Among them are iconic cuvées such as Un Pas de Côté , a Pinot Noir from a recently planted plot (2019) in soil Clay-limestone soil , illustrating the exploratory freedom of the estate. With this project, Bonnardot refines its signature: fresh, balanced wines, with clear imprints of Pinot Noir or Chardonnay depending on the expression of each terroir.
