Jeremy Quastana
Jérémy Quastana , free artisan from Gamay in Loire
A young, self-taught winemaker, true to his roots
Installed in Loir-et-Cher , Jérémy Quastana cultivates approximately 3 hectares of vines, mainly Gamay accompanied by Côte (Malbec) planted on soils of flint and clay . Encouraged by his naturopathic mother, he revived natural practices, limiting the use of sulfur and copper , favoring the sowing and the biodynamics . After studying history, Jérémy learned his craft from emblematic figures of the natural wine scene such as Marcel Lapierre And Olivier Lemasson , before rehabilitating his own plots of land.
Living, precise, and uncompromising wines
Each vintage is a living expression of a mastered terroir. Jérémy favors the hand-harvesting , the micro-interventions and the winemaking techniques without additives , often without the addition of sulfur. His cuvées — whether young and sparkling Gamays , wines of Côt , or its naturally sparkling wines, offer freshness, easy-drinking styles, fruit expression, and precision. Together, they form a coherent range, embodied and resolutely rooted in the Loire Valley's natural wine movement.
