In Husseren-les-Châteaux , the highest village on the Alsace Wine Route, Bruno Schueller carries on the work of his father, Gérard, with an even more committed vision. On approximately 10 hectares , he cultivates his vines using uncertified biodynamic methods, without chemicals, favoring indigenous yeasts and winemaking techniques that eliminate additives. The vineyards include renowned lieux-dits such as Bildstoecklé , Rebgarten , Stich , and Hohrain , as well as the Grand Cru vineyards of Eichberg and Pfersigberg .
