Les Miroudots

Les Miroudots, free viticulture at the gates of the Jura

Nicolas Bernard, from agribusiness to the vineyard

Based in Noroy-le-Bourg, about twenty kilometers from Vesoul, Nicolas Bernard completely changed his life in 2016 to take over his grandparents' farm. A former food engineer, he chose to reconnect with the land and create a domain in his image, where biodiversity and respect for living things occupy a central place. The domain, named Les Miroudots, today extends over 3 hectares of vines, surrounded by natural meadows and an orchard, all managed organically.

The vines, planted from 2017 on clay-limestone soils, bring together both Jura grape varieties and resistant varieties. These include Savagnin, Auxerrois, Poulsard, but also Gamaret, Syrah, Muscaris, Souvignier Gris, Léon Millot and Artaban. An original selection of grape varieties that reflects Nicolas's desire to explore new avenues while limiting treatments to the vine.

Living wines, between Jura and Franche-Comté

In the cellar, Nicolas Bernard favors natural vinification, with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention to allow each grape variety and each vintage to express itself freely. His cuvées are distinguished by their freshness, energy, and unique character, reflecting this still little-known terroir located at the gates of the Jura. A young signature that breaks codes with sincere, creative, and deeply living wines.
