Mas du Châtelet
Burgundian rectitude, Vauclusian sunshine
A young vine facing the Dentelles de Montmirail.
Mas du Châtelet , established in 2024 by Eléonore Perczak , is a 2-hectare organic vineyard in the Vaucluse region, comprised of four parcels , with views of the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. The vines are tended by hand , respecting the natural growth cycle. Soil work is carefully and gently carried out to avoid disrupting its structure. The grapes are harvested by hand into crates, and sorting is done on the vine.
Three reds for a vision
Three red wines for this first vintage, each with its own winemaking style, to express the potential of each terroir. Meticulous attention to detail, slow maceration, no filtration, and no fining.
The south, with a Burgundian eye
Originally from Burgundy , the winemaker wanted to orient her wines towards a certain straightforwardness, finesse, while retaining the aromatic typicity of the southern grape varieties that she loves so much.
