Martin Lapalus is one of a new generation of winemakers who come to viticulture through unconventional paths. Having worked in the world of sommellerie and catering, he developed a particular sensitivity to drinkability and the balance of wines before embarking on winemaking.
Based in the Rhône Valley, he builds his project around small plots and an artisanal approach.
Lively, digestible, and immediate wines
Vinifications are carried out with minimal intervention, using native yeasts, without seeking power, but rather balance and fluidity. Martin Lapalus's wines are distinguished by their accessibility, their fruit energy, and a very direct approach to wine, designed for pleasure and the table.
