Léa Lobry
A determined winemaker in the heart of the Jura
Léa Lobry , from the South Revermont in the Jura , embodies the new generation of natural winemakers. Based in Val - Sonnette since 2022 , she combines local tradition and organic commitment, working with conviction to promote the Jura terroir.
An inspired career change
With a technical background and professional experience, Léa decided to dedicate her life to vine cultivation, imposing her own vision on her 1.5 hectares of vines in the Jura vineyard.
Viticulture that respects living things
She manages her estate using organic farming methods, without chemical inputs, promoting rich biodiversity and preserved soil health . Every task is carried out manually , respecting natural cycles .
An artisanal approach to winemaking
In the cellar, Léa favours spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, aging times adapted to each terroir, and totally prohibits the addition of sulfites, to preserve the purity and character of the grapes.
