An independent winemaker rooted in Auvergne
Based in the Auvergne region, Lisa Le Postec is emerging as a leading figure in natural winemaking. After co-founding the wine merchant L' Eau Qui Dort in 2021 , she established her own estate in Aulhat-Flat , near Issoire, in 2022. On 3 hectares of vines located on the volcanic slopes of Ybois , Lisa practices organic farming and prioritizes an approach that respects all living things.

In the cellar, she vinifies with minimal intervention, without additives, allowing the terroirs to fully express themselves.
