At the helm of the estate, Louison, the fifth generation of winemakers and the first woman to manage the business, passionately cultivates a 2-hectare vineyard planted exclusively with Chardonnay Grand Cru on the exceptional terroirs of Cramant and Chouilly .

Organic viticulture and a deliberate artistic gesture

Since her first harvest in 2022 , Louison Rivière has been transitioning to organic viticulture , while maintaining meticulous vineyard work and precise winemaking. Beyond her winemaking expertise, Louison Rivière brings a unique artistic touch to her wines, personally designing the bottle labels using her screen-printing workshop.
