A family of independent winemakers in the heart of Languedoc

Domaine Ledogar is first and foremost a family story. Based in Ferrals-les-Corbières , in the Aude region , Xavier , Mathieu , and Benoît Ledogar share a vision rooted in farming, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for all living things. Since the late 1990s , they have chosen to move away from conventional practices, embracing organic and then biodynamic viticulture, without compromising on ethics. Today, the estate covers 22 hectares of its own vineyards, certified organic since 2006 , nestled in clay-limestone soils, rolled pebbles, and red sandstone that define the Corbières terroir.

Lively, honest and vibrant wines

In the cellar as in the vineyard, nothing is left to chance, yet everything is done with care. The harvest is done by hand , vinification with indigenous yeasts and no additives , and aging often takes place in stainless steel tanks, concrete eggs, or used barrels. Sulfur is used sparingly, or even completely absent in some cuvées. The result? Wines that are straightforward, expressive, full of energy and fruit, such as: Rebond : a supple and fruity red, smooth and easy to drink, perfect for discerning palates. Maccabeu : a white wine of tension and freshness, with a saline character, made from old vines grown on limestone. Carignan Blanc : a rare, ample, and precise wine, aged in concrete eggs for added depth.

A concrete commitment to biodiversity and landscapes

For the Ledogar family , nature isn't a marketing ploy; it's a conscious coexistence with the living world. The vineyards are naturally grassed, bordered by hedges, and cultivated without herbicides or pesticides. Horses are once again used for tilling the soil. Particular care is given to the old Languedoc grape varieties— Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Maccabeu, Marselan, and Mourvèdre —to reveal their potential in a pure, free, and contemporary expression.
