Located in the Loire Valley , Domaine Racemes produces frank, vibrant, and resolutely modern wines made from organically grown grapes. The project is driven by a new generation of committed winemakers who favor winemaking without additives , seeking a balance between tension, purity, and drinkability.

Living wines, between free expression and Loire Valley precision

Here, everything is done by hand : hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts, no added sulfur, fining, or filtration. Aging takes place in fiberglass tanks or in bottles for the sparkling wines, always with an obsession for freshness. Chenin Blanc is expressed in both still wines ( Toponyme ) and naturally sparkling wines ( Contrechamp ), always in a straightforward, dry, saline style, with a vibrant acidity that makes you want to come back for more. Racemes is the expression of a living, free, and pure wine, appealing as much to lovers of natural wines as to those who appreciate great Loire whites.
