A Franco-Brazilian adventure in the heart of the Revermont

At the foot of the famous hills of Pupillin and Château-Chalon, Domaine L'éther Créatif embodies a deeply sensitive approach to wine. Founded by Marina and Dédé Santbos, a Franco-Brazilian couple passionate about nature and agroecology, the estate settled in Nevy-sur-Seille in 2021 after more than ten years of agricultural and winemaking experience in Brazil.

Uncompromising, biodynamic, and manual viticulture

On 3 hectares of organically cultivated vines, the soil and vines are worked without herbicides or pesticides. The estate follows biodynamic principles, using plant-based preparations and paying close attention to the natural rhythms of the environment. Here, there are no tractors; the work is done manually and respectfully, in close connection with local biodiversity.

Wines that are free-spirited, additive-free, and deeply rooted in their identity.

In the cellar, the philosophy remains the same: hand-harvested grapes, spontaneous fermentation, no oenological additives , and zero added sulfur . Each wine comes from a single grape variety and a single plot, for a pure expression of the Jura terroir. Aging is gentle, often in barrels, without lees stirring or filtration.
