Agathe and Clément meet on high school benches. They cut their teeth left and right, before creating the CH Piconnet estate in 2014. CH? The initials refer to Charles, Clément's grandfather at the origin of the estate. It was he who cleared the estate and planted with Hubert (his son) the entire 7.5 hectares of vines that make up the estate. On the estate, we find Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and… Pinot Blanc! The estate's ambition: to produce a Champagne wine from healthy grapes. They now produce 5,000 bottles per year. Clément is also the brother of Raphaël Piconnet, from Domaine de Bichery.
