Arnaud Greiner
Arnaud Greiner, the discretion of the gesture and the long time of the Jura
Liesle, Loue Valley, a micro-scale serving the detail
Based in Liesle (in the Doubs , at the gateway to the Jura), Arnaud Greiner advances on a tiny scale — a little less than one hectare — with a demanding nature that can be seen in the grain of the wines. In parallel, he works at Cavarodes Estate alongside Étienne Thiébaud , a school of precision and sensitivity that informs his approach: vines cultivated with respect for living things , and a desire to let the terroir express itself without overloading.
Aged in oak barrels, fruit freshness and a proudly embraced Jura tradition
Its wines maintain a connection to Jura tradition, notably through... winemaking in wood and long aging processes (with whites that can go towards two years minimum ). The style seeks the Freshness of the fruit and elegance rather than impact, with minimally interventionist fermentations. Some sources mention carefully crafted cuvées. sulfur-free and a very refined approach, in service of wines discreet , sincere , which gain depth over time.
