HAS Tracy-sur-Loire , in the historical area of Pouilly-Fumé , Caroline Bain carves its own path with wines claimed in Vin de France , to maintain complete freedom in the expression of the grapes and the terroir. She works a small area of Sauvignon Blanc (approximately 2.5 ha ), on these Loire hillsides where freshness is gained by the millimeter, between just ripeness and saline tension.
