Domaine Minhae
Domaine Minhaé, a lively interpretation of Beaujolais
Organic and biodynamic viticulture at the service of the terroir
Domaine Minhaé, nestled in the heart of Beaujolais, embodies an authentic and respectful approach to viticulture, where each wine tells the unique story of its terroir. Committed to organic and biodynamic agriculture, the estate carefully cultivates the region's emblematic grape varieties, notably Gamay noir à jus blanc for reds and Chardonnay for whites.
The plots, located in Blacé for the Beaujolais and Beaujolais Villages appellations, and in Romanèche-Thorins for the Moulin-à-Vent cru, benefit from diversified soils that give the wines remarkable richness and complexity.
Sincere wines, as close as possible to the fruit
The vinification is carried out with minimal intervention, favoring indigenous yeasts and limiting the use of oenological inputs, in order to preserve the pure expression of the fruit and the terroir.
The cuvées, such as Beaujolais Villages Blacé or Moulin-à-Vent, are distinguished by their freshness, their vibrant fruitiness and their aging potential, reflecting the estate's philosophy: to produce lively, sincere wines in harmony with nature.
