With Alicia Dorey , we envisioned a collection that highlights the essentials: easy understanding and perfect winemaking . The set includes her book, “100 Natural Wines That Will Never Disappoint You,” and a selection of bottles chosen for their inherent clarity: wines made without additives (or with minimal intervention), driven by fruit, freshness, and a true expression of terroir. The idea is simple: open the book, find a clue, open a bottle—and feel everything fall into place. A collection designed to create (or treat yourself to) a mini living wine cellar, from the first aperitif to the most important meals.
